Made to order
One advantage to buying made-to-order furniture is that you can adapt designs according to your particular needs. For instance, traditional Chinese dining sets are often enormous in size, suitable for the spacious courtyards homes, but perhaps not as suitable for the tiny New York apartment. Besides such practical changes as customizing the dimensions, you may want to alter pieces according to your aesthetic preferences.
Our craftsmen carefully fashion reproductions in the classical style from seasoned wood recycled from demolished structures. There are many kinds of finishes and woods for you to choose from so that our elegant and handsome furniture will make a striking addition to your contemporary room and be appreciated for a lifetime. To custom reproductions or place an order, please follow the steps:
- 1) Please inform us of your requirements in as much detail as possible, wherever possible accompanied by images, plans etc. We can then advise you on construction and manufacture and give you an estimate cost.
- 2) We will get back to you as soon as possible with a plan drawn up by one of our design team.
- 3) We can also discuss the range of woods available/practical for your design.
- 4) Production will only commence after we have reached an agreement with you on total costs and have received a deposit from you.

Payment
We accept the terms of payment as below: Irrevocable L/C at sight from top international bank. Or advanced T/T (40% downpayment & 60% paid off at sight of copy of B/L.

Delivery
Air Freight
It is a convenient but most expensive way to ship furniture. It's more suitable to ship some small valuables. As requested, we can pack your goods in perfect and deliver to the destination. Also, it's practicable for some small items to be sent by courier, like DHL or TNT.
Sea Freight
We deliver most of furniture by sea, which is proved to be an effective and economic way. There are three different sizes of containers with regular service for package deals. You can measure what you buy to choose a appropriate container from the follows:
- A 20' Container holds goods about 28 cubic meters in volume
- A 40' Container holds goods about 58 cubic meters in volume
- A Container over 40' holds goods about 78 cubic meter in volume
We have a long-term cooperation relationship with some forwarders, by which good service and reasonable price is made possible.
Expert in sending many containers every year, we know the shipping cost for different kinds of containers shipping to most cities around the world. Prices cover Local Transportation Charge, Documentation Cost, Packing Cost, Fumigation Cost and Freight Charge.

PS.
If the volume of the furniture ranges from 1 cubic meter up to 15 cubic meters, it's supposed to share a container with other cargos. While the volume is over 15 cubic meters, it's economic to take a 20' container. |
Packing
To ensure that your furniture reaches you in perfect condition when shipping, the furniture will be packed with three layers as below:
- The preliminary layer: One soft paper is used to protect your furniture from dust and from any damage for squeezing.
- The second layer: Air bubble plastic to protect furniture from outside impact.
- The top layer: Corrugated cartoon board to protect your furniture

Fumigation

The furniture is obliged to be fumigated before being imported to some countries of the world.

We will provide you fumigation documentation to clear the customs. The Fumigation / Disinfection Certificate is used to certify that the shipping goods have been fumigated / disinfected to kill insects, fungi or any other parasite that could be carried within the wooden material.
The cost for fumigation, which takes place in China, is supposed to be acceptable. However, it'll be charged more if the furnitrue is fumigeted outside China. Contact us for more details on in what countries fumigation is mandatory. |
